Dextruss Terms of Service

Welcome to Dextruss, a product of GenAIEnable LLC ("GenAIEnable," "Dextruss," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dextruss website, platform, software, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. By using Dextruss, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Dextruss provides an AI-powered platform designed to help organizations automate, orchestrate, and optimize operational workflows using generative and multi-agent AI systems.

The Services are provided for informational and operational purposes only and do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

You may be required to create an account to use certain features of the Services. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of the Services
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
• Use the Services to impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations

We may investigate and take appropriate action for violations.

You retain ownership of any content, data, or materials you submit to the Services ("User Content").

By submitting User Content, you grant GenAIEnable LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, process, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit User Content.

AI-generated outputs are provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy, Dextruss does not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or correctness of AI outputs. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them.

All intellectual property rights in the Services—including software, models, workflows, branding, and documentation—are owned by or licensed to GenAIEnable LLC.

Except as expressly permitted, no rights are granted to you under these Terms.

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party tools or platforms. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

Some Services may be offered for a fee. Pricing and billing terms will be disclosed prior to purchase. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
GENAIENABLE LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GENAIENABLE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

• THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR
• $500 USD

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GenAIEnable LLC from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which GenAIEnable LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
