Dextruss User-Generated Content Policy

This User-Generated Content Policy ("Policy") governs the submission, use, and moderation of content provided by users of Dextruss, a product of GenAIEnable LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including content submitted through our website, platform, AI features, or related services (collectively, the "Services").

By submitting or posting content through the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.

• Violates intellectual property or proprietary rights
• Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Misrepresents identity or affiliation
• Violates data protection or privacy laws

By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant GenAIEnable LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Services.

You retain ownership of your User-Generated Content, subject to this license.

User-Generated Content may be processed by Dextruss AI systems to provide requested outputs or functionality.

Customer data is not used to train public or shared AI models. Aggregated and anonymized data may be used to improve platform performance and reliability, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right, but do not have the obligation, to:

• Review, monitor, or remove User-Generated Content
• Restrict or disable access to content that violates this Policy
• Suspend or terminate user accounts for repeated or serious violations

We are not responsible for User-Generated Content submitted by users and do not endorse any such content.
